Russell Moccasin Order/Fitting Process
Thank you for your interest in ordering fine hand crafted foot wear from the Russell Moccasin Company. There are 4 ways to get fitted:
1. Fittings are provided at trade shows (see Russell Exhibits)
2. Visit us at our factory showroom in Berlin, Wisconsin.

When ordering custom made moccasin boots and shoes, be sure to follow ordering instructions in the catalog or on the website. If the information is properly submitted, a satisfactory fit is achieved. The majority of the boots we produce are custom fitted and or may be custom designed. For this reason boots are non returnable and non refundable. If the pair made does not fit to your expectations they may be returned for adjustment within 30 days of receiving the item. Boots or shoes made to accommodate your orthotics are nonrefundable but also may be returned for adjustment within 30 days of receiving them. Any boots or shoes that have been worn outside are not returnable unless you receive permission from us to do so.

A minimum 50% deposit or payment in full is required at the time of one’s order.

Leather and shading can be slightly different from boot to boot.
Available leathers are subject to change without notice.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
In Stock Items
We do carry some in-stock inventory and sales items of boots/shoes that are available for immediate purchase and delivery. Check out our in stock items on our web page. In stock items and sales items can be returned unworn within 30 days of purchase.
Once the order is placed and you request to cancel the order there is a 20% cancellation fee. If the leather has been cut and boot construction has started there will be a 50% cancellation fee.
Delivery time can vary between 12-20 weeks depending on the time of the year ordered and how much backlog we have.
Oversize charges apply to women’s size 9 and up, men’s size 12 ½ and up. Charges run from $9.00-$43.00.
Special last and pattern charges of $20.00-$70.00 for extra wide feet, bunions, hammer toes, unusual sizes will be applied. If special lasts have to be ordered the average price is $125.00- $150.00.
All Wisconsin residents are subject to sales tax.
Going on a hunting trip, need your boots in a hurry? For an additional $100.00 per pair, we will ship within 30 working days within the United States. Double Rush will ship within 20 working days for $160.00 per pair. Special patterns or build ups may require extra time.
