Special Orders, Deposits, Returns, Available Leathers, Other Charges and Refunds:
** Normal Production Time for Custom Orders is 12 weeks **
A minimum 50% deposit or payment in full is required at the time of one’s order.
We guarantee boots to fit only if taken by a Russell Moccasin Representative. Goods made according to your special measurements cannot be returned or exchanged. However, any necessary alterations will be gladly made if a satisfactory fit is not obtained. Special built to order boots are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
All stock and sales item boots and shoes must be returned unworn within 30 days of receiving.
Shipping charges apply each time a boot is shipped from or to Russell Moccasin unless pre-authorized in advance by Russell Moccasin. All shipping and taxes, (including all excise, import and export taxes) and all Domestic and International Tariff and/or duty fees or charges are solely the responsibility of the end user under all circumstances.
Russell Moccasin is not responsible for any fees incurred by the end user.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
There is a small oversize charge on sizes larger than 9 in women’s or 12 in men’s. Extra wide and unusual sizes are subject to special last and pattern charges of $20.00 to $70.00. If special lasts have to be ordered average price is $100.00.
