NOTE: After you complete the ordering process above you MUST print out and complete the Printable Order Form for mail in orders. Mail these forms to Russell Moccasin Company. This will complete the ordering process and assure you of a perfect fit. If your order is being custom made your delivery date will be determined by the date we receive your measurements.
