The Oneida moccasin both in a slip and lace up are members of the Russell family. The style dates back to World War II days when they were worn by workers constructing the dirigible air ships that patrolled the Atlantic Coast to detect and destroy German Subs. Oneidas were used to prevent puncturing any of the fabric used for the dirigible. We have taken this reborn shoe and added an alligator toe saddle, collar and backstay. The Vamp is German Chocolate Elk and the molded sole is American Bison leather. The Triple sole construction is perfect for fishing, boating, camping, driving or just loafing around.
